I know its because of the age difference, obviously. But does the senior dog food contain that the adult doesnt? Thanks

It usually has less fat, and smaller kibble so it is easier to chew. Some of the premium brands add more Glucosamine for joint health, as most of us get Arthritis as we grow old!! Your dog would benifit being put on the senior food!! Hope this helps!
