What should a new dog owner know about dog health care? Do they have to take a puppy to the vet if it was adopted from a shelter? How much do vaccinations cost?

Ohh woah there are a billion things helpful and handy to learn and google answers is not the place for it. Buy some books and research some breeds. Consider adoption from a shelter first. Really think if you have the time for the animal. If you don’t think you are prepared then do not do it.
